In memory of all the people who passed away because of Covid-19. 

On 11 March 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) recognized Covid-19 as a pandemic.

This workout has been made by Vera Potharst, CrossFit Level 3 Trainer from the Netherlands, in honor of everyone that passed away, all the families, health workers and others who have become victims in all countries. 

All the movements are easy to do and specifically made without any equipment, so that in these times of lock down anyone can do this at home. 

Wear a weight vest or use weights for squats if you can.
